I understand and accept that using the studio and its facilities may involve risks, including injury, illness, accident, loss, damage to personal property, equipment-related incidents, slips, falls, physical strain, or other unexpected events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that The ATTIC - SAI KUNG LIMITED, its directors, staff, contractors, instructors, partners, agents, and representatives will not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from my use of the studio, attendance at the premises, participation in activities, or use of any facilities or equipment.
I agree to follow all studio rules, safety instructions, booking terms, access instructions, and reasonable directions from The ATTIC - SAI KUNG LIMITED. I agree not to misuse the premises, equipment, access codes, or facilities, and I accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or extra cost caused by me or my guests.
